Phil was a product of the AFC Youth System and made his debut in December 1999. He established himself in the first team squad during the turbulent management period of Ebbe Skovdahl and continued as a regular with Steve Paterson but played much less for Jimmy Calderwood, finally leaving the Club at the end of season 2004/2005 when he moved on to Doncaster Rovers. Thereafter Phil played for a number of clubs before moving into management at St Andrews United in the summer of 2014.Full Name: Phillip James McGuire
