When Stevie transferred into Pittodrie after the Dons had paid a fee to Preston North End, hopes were high that he would add an extra goalscoring dimension to the team. Unfortunately he was unable to recreate past scoring exploits and although he was an incredibly hard worker he eventually came to an agreement to have his contract cancelled on the 29th August 2019.
