At Chanonry. This was the undecided fixture in the Gershon cup ties, and attracted a large crowd. The play was very one sided. From the first the United had matters much their own way, and five goals were scored before the ends were changed. Clark Ferries, and Forsyth had the credit of notching the points, the former being responsible for three In the second half, Aberdeen had hard lines on several occasions, but their efforts were in course of time rewarded with two goals. The blues continued to add to their total, and when the whistle announced full time the scores stood: Victoria United, 9; Aberdeen, 2.
