A mixed team of the 1st and 2nd elevens of the Victoria United paid a visit; to Culter on Wednesday evening, and gave a fine exhibition of the association game. The homesters, though playing a good game, could do nothing against the city team, who won by 9 goals to 3. There was a large turnout of spectators, and a good "gate."
