With a somewhat poorly representative eleven the senior city eleven met the 'Varsity at Kings College. From the start to the finish the Aberdeen were the superior eleven, although at times several smart pieces of play were witnessed on the part of the students. In the first half the Aberdeen scored two points while their opponents had nil. Play in the second half was a little more equal, but the Chanonry eleven ultimately ran out winners by four goals to one.
