The Aberdeen Ul9s crashed out of the SFA Youth Cup at the Falkirk Stadium. In a poor game, the young Dons agonisingly conceded a goal in the final minute. A tense fixture where both teams cancelled each other out, there were few opportunities for either side as both defences were well on top. As the game appeared to be heading to extra time, the impressive Paul Sludden hit a shot out of nothing from 20 yards which took a wicked deflection off Crawford and flew into the top corner giving Bain no chance.
