The Return Match |
 |
Today another great game was witnessed as Krakow when the return match was played. The Krakow team secured one goal, while Aberdeen scored eight, demonstrating that their victory on the previous day was no flash in the pan. The number of spectators to be a greatly exceeded yesterday's attendance. The excitement was again intense not for the second time the residents of the ancient Austrian City were treated to a first-class exhibition of football. Playing their favourite swinging game, the Pittodrie men scored goal after goal. A one sided game ended in favour of the Pittodrie men by 8 goals to 1, making Aberdeen's third victory out of four games played since their left Aberdeen for the continent. The party on in the best of health, and at every town are extended the utmost kindness and consideration.
