Aberdeen played Buckie Thistle at Buckie last night. Aberdeen kicked off, but Buckie were the first to attack. Aberdeen had difficulty in forcing ahead, and it was five minutes before the interval before they scored through McLean, Wood being deceived by the flight the ball. In the second half Aberdeen, with the wind advantage, did most of the pressing, and Love scored a second goal for Aberdeen with the 'keeper on the ground. Buckie defended well in the closing stages, and prevented further goals. Peter Craigmyle was the referee..
