These teams met on the Central Park, Kittybrewster, to play a friendly game. The Caledonian were very poorly represented, four of the regular team failing to put in an appearance, and they accordingly played with ten men.
The Orion kicked off defending the low goal, and the first half was very stiffly contested, no scoring being done till close on time, when Gordon registered for the Orion. On changing ends, however, the Orion pressed hard, and Morrison headed three beauties in succession, the Caledonian never being able to get the ball through. The game ended: Orion, 9 goals; Caledonian, 0. Morrison for the Orion played a good game, while A. Brown kept goal for the Caledonian in capital style.
