Aberdeen in the course of their tour in the north net Elgin City on the Station Park on Thursday evening. The weather was favourable, and there was a large attendance.
The City kicked off with the wind in their favour, and King was soon busy. Colman, however, was doing grand work, and his clearances were greatly admired. Wood and Lennie put in some fine cross is, and from one of these Hannah opened Aberdeen's account. This was all a scoring during the first half.
During the second half the City early equalised after an excellent run, but a penalty kick taken by Hannah gave the Wasps the lead. Just on the last minute the City equalised.
