A pleasantly contested game ended in the first half in 5-2 in favour of the ground team, and at the end in Dunfermline having 9 goals and Aberdeen 2. The visitors on arrival, were escorted through the town and shown the sights, and after the match were entertained in St Margaret's Hotel.

Aberdeen journeyed to Dunfermline on Saturday, where they, in the East End Park, played the Athletics of that ilk. The play was pretty much in favour of the home team, their forwards being in particularly good form. The game at the finish:- Athletics 6; Aberdeen 2.
