The Peterhead met the Victoria United, Aberdeen, and a fast and pleasant game was the result. Half-an-hour from the start Aberdeen scored, but could make nothing else up to half-time. In the second period they scored twice. Peterhead played an excellent defensive game, and during the second half gave the strangers a good deal of work. The strangers' combination was too much for them, however. Result: Victoria 3, Peterhead 0.
