This, the last Northern League fixture of the Aberdeen team, was played at West Craigie Park. The teams were: Our Boys; Balfour; Fleming, Gould; A. Craig, McNaughton, Cuthbert; Thomson, George, Dundas, Malcolm, C. Craig. Aberdeen: Ramsay; Ketchen, Wood; Singleton, Cobban, Ewan; Burns, White, Toman, Brown, Whitehead.
Aberdeen kicked off, and for a time play consisted of a series of determined rushes on the part of both teams. The strangers were swift, but their shooting in front of goal was weak, while at times their defence was severely tried. The homesters scored through Malcolm about 15 minutes from the start, and, although the ball was again put through shortly afterwards, the point was disallowed. George scored a second, and, along with Dundas, put on a third goal for Our Boys, while Aberdeen failed to score. In this position the teams crossed over.
The second period opened with Aberdeen attacking, but they were repelled, and the scene of operations changed to the other end, where, after a hot siege, Dundas scored a fourth goal for Our Boys. Almost immediately Craig added another, and then Brown getting the ball notched a first point for Aberdeen. A sixth point was secured by the home team, while Aberdeen, although playing hard, only scored another, and the game ended: Our Boys 6, Aberdeen 2.
