Victoria United 1 - 3 Harp, Dundee
Kick Off:    Sutherland       ?, Mulvey, Mulvey
Attendance: 0
Venue: Wellington Bridge Grounds, Aberdeen
At Wellington Grounds. Teams:- Harp: Cooper, Murray, Fagan, McCallum, Kane, Fisher, Foy, Mulvey, Brannan, Ferguson, McFarlane. Victoria United: Edwards, Foote, Pirie, Morrice, Annand, Duffus, Turner, Benzie, Sutherland, Annand, Ferries.

For upwards of a quarter of an hour play continued equal, but the homesters had most advantages. Sutherland at last found an opening for the United. The advantage was maintained by the Vics, but the strangers equalised. Half-time: Harp, 1; Victoria United, 1.

On ex¬changing ends, the United made strong efforts to obtain the advantage, but had to adopt defensive tactics. The forwards of the Harp were conspicuous with fine combination, but the United showed any amount of pluck and determination. The latter had often hard luck in not finding an opening. Mulvey was the means of scoring twice for the Harp from fouls. Result: Harp, 3; United, 1.
