Huntly Easily Beaten By Aberdeen 'A'

In an Aberdeen and District League fixture at Pittodrie last night. Aberdeen "A" easily defeated Huntly by five goals to one. The Aberdeen eleven were decidedly superior, and did not unduly exert themselves. As a result, play was of a very uninteresting nature. Falloon counted twice for Aberdeen in the first period and Donald scored Huntly's only point. The county team put up a plucky display, but were no match for the homesters, who added three more goals during the second half, through Falloon (2) and Lawson. Lobban, in the Huntly goal, although beaten five times was by no means disgraced. Ewen, Shearer and Cutt were best in defence, while of the forwards, Sey, Duncan and Donald were outstanding. Aberdeen were best served by Bruce, Muir, Ross, Falloon and Lawson.
