Mike strike secures win

A 73rd minute strike from Leon Mike was enough to give the Dons Under 21's victory tonight against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.

Coach Neil Cooper felt they were good value for their win. "We created several good chances and dominated the first half but we failed to convert our superiority into goals.

"The second half was more even but we scored a great goal to secure the win. Richard Foster played Leon Mike in down the left and he cut in past a Killie defender and curled in a beauty."
