A strong looking Aberdeen reserve team beat Hibs 1-0. Callum McRobbie, who made his first start for the reserves, scored the only goal of the game after 47 minutes when he headed home a Stuart Duff cross. Mark Kerr, Lee Miller, Andrew Considine and Stuart Duff all played the full 90 minutes and all four impressed as did McRobbie and Chris Gallacher at left back.
