Brechin City were badly beaten in the Aberdeen and District League match at Pittodrie last night, victory going to Aberdeen by 10 goals to 1. The visitors played pluckily till the finish, but the adverse score might have been even bigger. Scorers were Mackie (3), Guyan (2), Stevenson (2), and Yule, Robertson, and Rankine 1 each for Aberdeen, and Miller for Brechin City .

Aberdeen Reserves had a runaway victory over Brechin City in an Aberdeenshire League match, the result favouring the home team by 10 goals 1. The visitors never really were a match for the home players, and although the losers were always plucky, the score in the winner's favour might have been bigger. The winner's goals were credited to Mackie (3). Guyan (2). Stevenson (2). Yule (1), Robertson (1), and Rankine (1). The solitary goal for the losers was to the credit of Miller.
