The Victoria engaged the Black Diamond at Torry, and the outcome of a most pleasant game was a win for the ground men by 5 goals to 3. The ground men were without the services of Ririe, Stewart, and Sinclair.

SHORT PASSES.

The Black Diamonds have donned the war paint again and opened their season at the Torry grounds.
They made a grand first appearance, half-time result looking all in their favour.
The ground men pulled together and eventually won a pleasant match by 6-3.
With a few more matches and a little training the Diamonds will make themselves felt.
The Vics, partnered a new man with Turner, and both played a capital game.
The newcomer's name is Binks.
