Young Dons Dumped

Ten days earlier [than the Youth Cup tie on 31st October] a Premier Reserve League fixture was lost 5-0 at Dens Park as Dundee ran riot after taking a third minute lead from the penalty spot. One of the Dundee scorers was ex-Don Ian Angus."They had a very strong team and they slaughtered us," admitted coach Teddy Scott.
