On 18th September 2020 it was announced that Connor would go, along with two other reserve players, on loan to Turriff United for the season as there was little likelihood of reserve football due to the Coronavirus epidemic. He was recalled to Pittodrie on 1st February 2021 but was freed at the end of the season.
