Rory has been capped by Northern Ireland at Under-21 level and made his full debut when Northern Ireland play Turkey and Chile in 2010.
Rory began his career with his home town club Sheffield Wednesday and after two loan spells with Rochdale, he made the move permanent in January 2007, signing a 30-month contract.
He scored at Wembley in the 2008 League Two play-off final, but Rochdale were beaten 3-2 by Stockport County. in 2009-10 though Rory helped 'The Dale' secure automatic promotion after finishing third.
