Of all of the many pennants that grace "The Aberdeen Collection" this one from Real Madrid has got to be the most famous. Handed over to Willie Miller in Gotheburg' pouring rain on the 11th of May 1983 the pennant is framed and remains on show in the Pittodrie boardroom to this day. remarkably, despite the weather the pennant survived in excellent condition and is one of the great mementos of Aberdeen's European Cup Winners Cup success.
