A large crowd welcomed Aberdeen first league eleven at Recreation Park, Peterhead, last night, when they engaged in an exhibition game with the local senior eleven.
Mrs Dinnes, the Brae, kicked off and a sporting match resulted in a win for the First Leaguers by five goals to two, interval scores one all.
Davidson, outside right, netted both Peterhead points, and Aberdeen's marksmen were:- McLean (two); Dickie (two), and Love.
