At the Dundee, for Muir's benefit, on an ice covered pitch. Football was impossible, and play suffered in consequence. O'Hagan, when in a good position, threw away a chance for Aberdeen by shooting over, and later Lennie, from far out, sent the ball into Muir's hands. Mitchell and Nimmo combined well for Dundee, and the former narrowly missed scoring.
The Match should have been the first round of the High Cup, but, went to the state of the ground, it was declared a friendly.
