Stirling Albion's train broke down and when the crowd thought that there was going to be no match and no refund, the Dons put on a five-a-side match. Armando Mascarenhas was included for this game - rumour had it he was signed in error from India but was in fact a hockey player, although the Indian press had a story that his eyesight was not good enough.
Stirling Albion eventually arrived and the game started a 16:10
