Aberdeen 0 - 0 Army XI
Kick Off:  11:30 AM
Attendance: 0
Venue: Pittodrie Stadium, Aberdeen
A charity match between Aberdeen and the Army provided holiday entertainment for a fair number at Pittodrie yesterday. Both had strong teams forward. Selections were given at half-time by the brass and pipe bands of the Gordon Highlanders.

Give and take play was the general rule in the first half. Following an Aberdeen attack, Fraser had a fine try at long-range. Caie for the Army shone all through, and had a particularly good try near the end of the half, when he sent in a stinger from 50 yards' range.

On the resumption, Aberdeen pressed hard, and the game became more lively. Kinghorn and Yule had both good tries. As time wore on, the game became faster. Anderson saved a fine shot from McKay. Aberdeen were the aggressors for the last half-hour of the game.
