After being in a practically unassailable position, Aberdeen A had to be content with a 3-2 victory over Buckie Thistle at Pittodrie. Aberdeen a had easily the best of matters in the first half, when Keith, McIntosh, and Keith, again, scored goals. It seemed that the leaders would increase their advantage in the second half, but well on in the period Thistle recovered splendidly, and Lowe scored two brilliant goals. They fought desperately to secure the equaliser, but the game ended Aberdeen A, 3; Buckie Thistle, 2.
