Derby Disappoints

In spite of the fact that their favourites won well against Dundee, Dons' supporters were a bit disappointed, not so much by any faulty visitors. The games between Dundee and Aberdeen in former years have usually provided plenty of thrills, not necessarily because of skill shown as much as by that extra bit of "bite" not dirty play, but good, honest endeavour. We feel sure that older supporters can readily recall "derbies between the two Northern clubs that were full of thrills and incidents. Alas, these were few and far between last Saturday! No contest!
