battling draw in Livingston

The Dons Under 18's battled against all the odds to snatch a share of the spoils. After seeing striker Calum McHattie red carded late in the first half, Drew Jarvie's babes grabbed the lead five minutes after the break through Murray Watson. However that lead was short lived as Livvy drew level only a minute later. Further home pressure saw the Lion Cubs take advantage of their extra man and they took the lead with around twenty minutes left.

But the Dons were determined to take something back north and a sustained spell of late dominance was rewarded with a Richard Foster equaliser with three minutes left. The action did not finish there though as Alan Carella was bowled over in the box only for the referee to decide he had dived. Having already been booked, the teenager saw his second yellow to join McHattie in taking an early bath.

Overall a deserved point for an Under 18 side who refused to accept defeat.

McKenzie was sent off after the final whistle for dissent.
