Dons second half blitz sinks United

Four second half goals saw the young Dons run out worthy winners in an entertaining SPL reserve league contest against Dundee United at Station Park. After a barren first half, which was totally dominated by the visitors, Neil Cooper's team went in front midway through the second half when Lubomir BLAHA headed home from a Scott Morrison cross.

A minute later, Aberdeen doubled their advantage when Steven Craig slipped the ball to teenager David DONALD who thundered a great left foot shot into the net.

CRAIG turned from goal provider to goal scorer ten minutes later finishing off a move involving Gary Dempsey and Jamie Winter and with a minute remaining, substitute Willy John KIELY scored number four with a close range effort.
