Aberdeen 4 - 2 Dundee

In view of the positions of the clubs and the head of the League table, considerable interest was attached to a northern league engagement at Pittodrie Park on Saturday afternoon between Aberdeen and Dundee reserves. Although the home 11 opened well and Calvert opened the scoring after a period of continuous attack, Dundee had the better of matters in the first half, and deserve their interval lead of 2-1. Adams and secured the equaliser, and Reid, whose passing and wing work when a feature of the game, put on the second point.

Aberdeen's play and methods improved in the latter half, and McIntosh scored from a penalty kick, followed by a another goal placed by comfort. Dundee missed two penalties, both taken by Adams.
