Watson Puts Wee Dons Ahead

We won our first home league game by 1 - 0 against Clydebank. It was an exciting game, with chances missed at both ends and although we had the best of the game in the first half only a good display by our back four in the second half kept our goal intact. Our goal was scored by Andy Watson when he headed home a cross from Duggie Brown.
Derek Fraser has taken a new lease of life and his performances since the start of the season have been an eye opener, and if he keeps improving he will soon be challenging for a first team spot. We switched our full backs for this game and found the experiment worthwhile.
