Scottish Reserve League East
Aberdeen scorers: Gibson, Grant, Jess, Booth.

31/10/1989 | KO: 19:30

Booth was only a substitute against Arbroath, but he was again among the goals, scoring Aberdeen's final counter in a 4-0 win after his second-half substitution for Andy Gibson, who was also on target. The other marksmen in a team which benefited from the inclusion of some of the more experienced players were Brian Grant and Eoin Jess.
