Position: Midfield
Date of Birth: Wednesday, March 18, 1998

Ross developed at Rangers during the Youth period of his career. In 2016 he broke into first team football and had loan spells at Ayr United, Dumbarton and Portsmouth before joining the Dons. On 1st February 2021, a deal was done to make Ross a Don for at least three and a half years, Scott Wright going in the other direction.
McCrorie became a key player as soon as he joined, often palying in defence rather than midfield, and as he progressed, wore the captain's armband on occasion and was designated vice captain.
On 6th June 2023 the Club confirmed, after a period of rumour and speculation, that McCrorie had been transferred to Bristol City for an undisclosed fee. The press had speculated that the initial payment would be £2,000,000 with add-ons going forward.
