The Young Dons recovered well from an early two-goal deficit in the game against Rangers "A" at Pittodrie on Saturday, and the visitors were slightly flattered to draw 3-3.
Arnison made the opening for Rangers' first-half goals in the ninth and twelfth minutes. McMaster was the marksman on both occasions, though the same player later missed two "sitters," also laid on by Arnison.
When Colman reduced the leeway, the Dons were going "all-out," and looked winners when the same player equaliesed in a storming raid in the opening minute of the second half.
McIntyre, however, snatched a good goal for Rangers against the run of play.
Dons equalised immediately after. Colman beat three defenders to crash the ball against the underside of the bar with McIndewar beaten all the way. Before the 'keeper could recover, Botha dashed in from the wing and put the ball in the net.
Jimmy Preston had his best game to date and gave a condfident display, especially during the first half. Ray Botha, Aberdeen's othe South African, playing at outside-right, was the outstanding home forward.
