A player who has come through the 2005 age group to earn himself a contact and has been involved with the Scotland set up. From Old Meldrum, Blessing has a very good stature for a goalkeeper. He has always impressed Gordon Marshall, Tomas Cerny and the coaches in the goalkeeping department. He has been involved in training with our professional goalkeepers such as Joe Lewis and Tom Ritchie for a while now. He played in a lot of the games in the Club Academy Scotland U18 mini-league at the tail-end of last season and that experience will stand him in good stead for the campaign ahead. On 8th June 2023 the Press & Journal reported that Blessing was taking part in exit trials, having been released by the Dons at the end of the season. On 27th June it was announced by Peterhead FC that Blessing had agreed to sign with them on a two-year contract with a third year option.
In season 2023-2024 he was playing for Inverurie Locos on loan.
