Profile: |
Full name: Lewis McDonald Thom.
Lewis was a well known player in Aberdeen schools football before working his way to a position where he was signed by the Dons in May 1961. Under manager Tommy Pearson he was a regular winger in the reserve team but made his First Team debut during his first season at the club - against derby rivals Dundee. In the following season Lewis made his mark with twenty-six senior games and four goals, but the following season his appearances were limited to ten and at season's close he was released from Pittodrie, going on to join Dundee United.
