A FIRST HALF injury to Ian McNeill handicapped the Aberdeen reserves in their "C" Division fixture at Parkhead, and, in the circumstances, they can scarcely be criticised for being beaten 1-2.
One bright spot was the display of Alec Young at centre-half. He was more like his old self and seemed to have recovered his sense of timing. Watson put up a good display in goal, and Newlands on the right wing was the best of the forwards.
